In light of governmental advice, we are very sadly forced to shut down operations at Bring & Mix for the foreseeable future. This is a deeply difficult time for us as a small and independent business, but also personally for ourselves and our staff. They have poured their hearts into Bring & Mix and have made it what it is and create memorable experiences for you, our Guests.

For those of you that already have bookings with us, we appreciate you will be concerned about refunds.  We would hugely appreciate if you would allow us to retain your deposits and allocate them to a future booking for when we have all weathered the storm and emerged the other side to enjoy a cocktail or two.  If you are not able to do this, then we understand and we are able to provide refunds.

Dear Guests,

At this point in time, it’s impossible to turn on the TV or social media without being confronted with news about COVID-19.

As a hospitality company, we are taking this very, very seriously. Not only for our employees but also you, our guests. In order to best manage this difficult time, we are ensuring the following:

  • All staff will be washing their hands with hot water and soap at least every 30 minutes.
  • All staff have been made aware of the NHS guidance on protection against the spread on COVID-19: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/.
  • As is standard, all equipment is thoroughly washed with hot water and washing up detergent.
  • All venue surfaces and equipment receive a deep clean at the end of every event.
  • Guests and staff are asked to avoid contact with others where possible.
  • Guests and staff are asked to report any cases of self-isolation due to a positive COVID-19 test to the Bring & Mix team at [email protected].

As some of our guests will undoubtably want to know, our refund policy remains the same as normal. Although, we are reviewing this on a day-by-day basis. We are closely monitoring governmental advice and will act swiftly in the event of any updates.
